SDA, Hadaf cooperates in training, employing national cadres

The Human Resources Development Fund “Hadaf” and the Saudi Digital Academy, one of the initiatives of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, concluded a joint cooperation agreement to support and qualify national cadres in the communications and information technology sector to fill jobs in private sector facilities, through the Fund’s participation in the costs of training and appropriate qualification that contributes to supporting National cadres in the labor market to raise national productivity and develop local technical content. This is in line with the requirements of digital transformation, based on the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.

The support agreement was signed by the Deputy Director General of Business at the Human Resources Development Fund Firas bin Abdulaziz Abalkhail, and the CEO of the Saudi Digital Academy, Muhammad bin Abdulmohsen Al-Suhaim, in the presence of His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Engineer Haitham bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ohali, and the Director General of the Fund Turki bin Abdullah Al-Jaweni.

The agreement includes supporting the implementation of training programs related to employment in the field of communications and information technology over 12 months period for 500 male and female beneficiaries, and their employment in the private sector and ensuring their job stability after completing the training period.

Under the agreement, the duration of the training program is 4 months, and the SFA specializes in training and building national digital capabilities in the fields of modern technologies related to the techniques of the Fourth Industrial Revolution through Hemma digital camps, one of its programs that aims to professionalize and qualify recent graduates and job seekers through training camps Intensive, qualitative and specialized prepared according to modern and innovative trends in the fields of education and training in emerging, modern and advanced technologies and linking them to professions (jobs) and future skills to prepare a generation that keeps pace with the developments of the modern era and its requirements and adapts to the needs of development and the accelerated and renewable labor market in several tracks, including cybersecurity, big data and artificial intelligence , interfaces and user experience, software quality, financial technologies, programming, game development, software operations, digital marketing, and technical project management, with its keenness to invest in national competencies through training and qualifying a Saudi generation capable of leadership, development and business management in all fields.
