Saudi Cables Submits Request for Capital Reduction of SR195.5 mln to CMA

Saudi Cable Company announced on Tuesday that it submitted a file to reduce the company’s capital to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) on 27/06/2022.

This comes with reference to the announcement of the Saudi Cable Company on Tadawul website 02/06/2022 regarding the Board of Directors’ recommendation to reduce the company’s capital and then increase the company’s capital by offering rights-issues.
