Saudi Aramco: US Supreme Court denied reviewing Al-Qarqani Heirs appeal

Further to the announcement made by the Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) on 05-12-2021G (corresponding to 01-05-1443H) in relation to the case brought by the Heirs of Khalid Abu Al-Waleed Al-Hood Al-Qarqani which has been appealed by the Appellants and the issuance of the Court of Appeals unanimous decision on 02-12-2021G (corresponding to 27-04-1443H) in favor of Saudi Aramco.

Saudi Aramco announces that the Appellants sought further review in the US Supreme Court and the US Supreme Court denied the review on 31-05-2022G (01-11-1443H).

The latest developments related to the case brought by Heirs of Khalid Abu Al-Waleed Al-Hood Al-Qarqani in relation to the unanimous appeal decision in favor of Saudi Aramco dated 02-12-2021 (27-04-1443H).

The event has ended, as the district court’s judgement in favor of Saudi Aramco is no longer subject to further appeal.
