Mouwasat Medical Services Co. signs contract with Tareg Al-Jaafari Contracting for SR295 million

Mouwasat Medical Services Co. announced on Sunday it signed a contract with Tareg Al-Jaafari Contracting Co. for the construction of Mouwasat Hospital project in Yanbu Industrial City with a value of SR295,000,000 .

The company said that aim of the contract is implementation of all architectural, construction works, electrical, health and mechanical works for the entire project of Mouwasat Hospital in Al-Sawari neighborhood in Yanbu Industrial City.

The contract duration is 910 days from the date of receipt of the site, and may be extended by written agreement between Mouwasat Medical Services Co. and the contractor.

The financial impact of this contract will begin with the increase of the item (non-current assets) in the financial statements from the third quarter of 2022 and any further update related to this project will be disclosed in due course, it said.
