MIS Announces Start Date of Electronic Voting on Items of GA Meeting

Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) announced on Sunday the start date of electronic voting on the items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, which includes increasing the company’s capital by granting shares to the company’s shareholders (the first meeting) using modern technology.

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Sunday, that the meeting will be held at on Wednesday 22.06.2022, through modern technology.

The company noted to the shareholders that they will be able to vote electronically on the agenda items of the extraordinary general assembly meeting, which includes increasing the company’s capital by granting shares to the company’s shareholders, on Sunday 19.06.2022, until the end of the meeting time.
