Makkah Construction and Development amends its Hijri fiscal year to Gregorian year

Makkah Construction and Development Company announced on Wednesday its intention to amend its Hijri year, which ends on (30/4) to the Gregorian year, which ends on (31/12), by making an integrated plan to implement this transformation, as the company will issue financial statements for the coming period, God Almighty, as follows:

1) The company will issue the second fiscal quarter (Hijri) for the period from 4/3/2022 to 30/5/2022, during the statutory period.

2) The company will issue the fiscal year which begins on 1/5/1443 AH and ends on 11/11/1443 AH, during the statutory period of publication.

3) The company will issue the third fiscal quarter (Gregorian) for the period from 06/14/2022 to 30/9/2022 (three months and 17 days), during the statutory period of publication.

4) The company will issue a short (Gregorian) fiscal year for the year 2022, which starts from 14/6/2022 to 31/12/2022 during the statutory period of publication.

The company clarified that the implementation of this transfer will not have any negative effects on the company.
