Kingdom Holding Oks appointing BOD members

Kingdom Holding Company announced results of the ordinary general assembly, the first meeting which was held at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, June 21^st, 2022, through modern technology means.

The meeting agenda items included:

-Approval of the Board’s decision to appoint Abdul Majid Ahmed Saad Al Haqbani as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors from the date of his appointment on 22-05-2022 to complete the board session until the end of the current session on 04-06-2024, succeeding former member Sarmad Zoc (executive member).

– Approval of Sarmad Zuc’s election to the Board of Directors among the candidates for the vacant positions to complete the board session until the end of the current session on 04-06-2024.
