Jahez GA Approves Financial Statements of 2021, Number of Business and Contracts

Jahez announced on Tuesday the results of the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (First Meeting).

The company said in a statement to Tadawul on Tuesday, that the general meeting was held, through modern technology, with a percentage of attending shareholders of 85.68%.

The Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

• Approval on business and contracts between Jahez and Bonat Information Technology Company; in which the Board members Mr. Abdulaziz Al – Omran and Mr. Abdulwahab Al – Butairi, have an indirect interest. The disclosed indirect interest is regarding IT services agreement for an amount of SR 207,000. The signed contract was part of the ordinary businesses that have offered no preferential advantages.
• Approval on the Board of Directors Report for the fiscal year ending on 31-12 2021.
• Approval on External Auditors Report for the financial year ending on 31-12-2021.
• Approval on the financial statements for the fiscal year ending on 31-12-2021.
• Approval on discharging the Board members from any liabilities for the fiscal year ended 31-12-2021.
