Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Co. Announces Resignation of a Board Member

Etihad Atheeb Telecommunication Company (GO) announces that its board of directors has approved, by passing a resolution, accepting the resignation of Board Member and Chairman of the Remuneration and Nominations Committee, Mr. Khalid bin Abdulrahman Alkhudairi (Independent).
