Dallah Healthcare modifies Dallah Hospital-Alnakheel main building contract

Reference to Dallah Healthcare Company’s announcement of its contract with Hashem Contracting and Trading Company to develop its main building at Dallah Hospital-Alnakheel.

Dallah Healthcare Company announces the latest developments in this regard, which is to amend the contract as of today Sunday 05/06/2022 by adding some technical developments in the rest of the main building of its hospital in the Alnakheel area through the development of the interior designs to be more modern with smart rooms and supplying the hospital with hi-tech equipment and digital solutions in order to meet customer satisfaction.

The smooth flow of work inside the hospital is considered during work execution.

The company would also like to notify its shareholders that the previous technical developments in parts of the main building that were announced on March 21, 2021, were completed.

The company also expects that the financial impact will begin at the end of the project, as it is expected that these renovations will improve the service provided to patients, which will reflect positively on the increase in the number of customers (inpatients) and thus increase revenues.

The costs associated with the event are amounted to SR 41,431,018 as the value of the contract increased by amending it by adding some technical developments in the rest of the main building.
