ALAKARIA: First and Second Phases of Alakaria Park project reserved with 1,778 Residential Plots

The Saudi Real Estate Company (ALAKARIA) announced on Monday that the entire first and second phases of the Alakaria Park project has been reserved, the two phases constitute of 1,778 residential plots, equivalent to 55% of the total residential lands in the project.

This comes in reference to the company’s announcement published on 28/02/2022 regarding the company obtaining the off-plan sales license No. 123 dated 24/02/2022, for the “Alakaria Park” project, located in north eastern Riyadh, north of Dammam Road, with 3222 residential land plots, which has already been launched on 1/3/2022.
