Al Hammadi BOD Recommends Distributing SR48 mln Profits for 2Q of 2022

Al Hammadi Company for Development and Investment Announced on Thursday the cash dividends to shareholders of SR48 million for the second quarter of 2022. The Total amount distributed is 48,000,000. The dividend per share is SR0.40. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 4 %.

The company said in a statement the number of shares eligible for dividends is 120,000,000. The eligibility date is 8/6/2022. The distribution date is 19/6/2022.

The eligibility of dividends shall be for the shareholders who own shares on maturity Wednesday , 8/06/2022, and registered with the Securities Depository Center Company (Depository Center) at the end of the second trading day following the date of maturity
