Abdullatif Industrial GA Authorizes BOD to Distribute Interim Dividends for 2022

The Board of Directors of (Abdullatif Industrial Investment) company announced on Tuesday the results of the meeting of the Extraordinary General Assembly after the completion of the quorum which reached 61.75%.

The company said in a statement on Tadawul on Tuesday, that the general assembly approved the report of the board of directors and the auditor for the past year, and authorized the board of directors to distribute interim dividends in a semi- or quarterly manner for the current fiscal year 2022.
