Tadawul to list Government Debt Instruments worth SR14.95 bln

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (14,953,491,000) detailed as follow:

1. Increase in issuance 2019-04-30 (Tadawul code: 5280) by SAR 2,715,000,000 to reach a total of SAR 26,423,042,000.
2. Increase in issuance 2022-03-10 (Tadawul code: 5322) by SAR 10,054,826,000 to reach a total of SAR 29,665,522,000.
3. Increase in issuance 2022-03-15 (Tadawul code: 5323) by SAR 2,183,665,000 to reach a total of SAR 14,258,923,000.

Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Sunday 29/05/2022.
