“Tadawul” Announces Suspension Continuation of Saudi Cables Trading Shares

Saudi Exchange announced on Tuesday the continuing trading suspension Saudi Cable Co. shares in the Exchange in accordance to the Listing Rules until the company announces that the disclaimer of opinion is removed.

This comes with reference to the Saudi Exchange announcement on 09/05/2022, regarding the suspension of trading the shares of Saudi Cable Co. due to the Company’s failure to announce its Annual Financial Results for the period ending on 31-12-2021.

This also comes with reference to to the Company’s announcement on Saudi Exchange website dated on 16/05/2022 on publishing its Annual Financial Results for the Period Ending on 2021-12-31

The company auditors’ report contained a disclaimer of opinion on the financial results.
