Saudi, US to accelerate growth of digital content market

Minister of Communications and Information Technology Eng. Abdullah Al-Sawaha visits the United States to enhance cooperation and boost investment in digital economy, innovation and space.

During the visit, Al-Sawaha met with President and COO of Omnicom Media Group, Daryl Simm, with whom they discussed speeding up the growth rate of the digital content market in the Kingdom and developing the creative capabilities of Saudi youth.

Both shed light on the importance of enhancing cooperation and supporting IGNITE Program that Saudi Arabia launched during the first edition of LEAP conference to create and produce digital content.

Al-Sawaha also met with several specialized technological companies’ officials in the fields of FinTech, software, and administrating alternative investments.
