Saudi Advanced Industries approves associate company GA to distribute 2021 dividends
Saudi Advanced Industries Company (SAIC) is pleased to announce to its valued shareholders the approval of the General Assembly meeting of one of its fellow companies (Deutsche Gulf Finance Company), in which the SAIC owns 31.62% of the capital to distribute cash dividends for the year 2021 by 0.75 riyal per share.
The Saudi Advanced Industries Company’s share of these distributions will be SAR 13.64 million.
