SACC Announces Start of Electronic Voting on EGA Meeting Agenda

The Saudi Airlines Catering Company (SACC) announced on Sunday to its shareholders the starting of the electronic voting on the Extra Ordinary General Assembly (EGA) Meeting Agenda which will remain available to shareholders through (Tadawulaty) services website until the day of the EGA.

This comes with reference to SACC’s announcement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange Co. (Tadawul) on 19.04.2022, regarding the invitation made to attend the Extra Ordinary General Assembly Meeting (First meeting) which will be held on Wednesday 11.05.2022, which is scheduled to be held via modern technology.
