PIF acquires 16.87% stake in Kingdom Holding

Kingdom Holding Company (the “Company”) announces that a sale and purchase agreement has been entered into on 18/10/1443H (corresponding to 19/05/2022G) between the main shareholder and founder of the Company HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al-Saud and the Public Investment Fund, pursuant to which HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal sold six-hundred twenty-five million (625,000,000) shares in the Company to the Public Investment Fund, representing 16.87% of the Company’s total shares, through a private sale and purchase transaction based on a price per share of SAR 9.09 (the “Transaction”).

The Transaction will be executed on Tadawul on 21/10/1443H (corresponding to 22/05/2022G). After completion of the Transaction, the ownership percentage of HRH Prince Alwaleed bin Talal Al-Saud in the Company shall become 78.13%.
