Paper Manufacturing applies for capital increase by offering right issues

With reference to Saudi Paper Manufacturing Co. announcement on 18/10/2021G (Corresponding to 12/03/1443H), relating to update previously issued Board recommendation on October 18, 2021, to increase Company share capital by amount of SAR 145,000,000 to bring the share capital from SAR 192,000,000 to SAR 337,000,000 by offering rights issue shares 14,500,000 new ordinary shares, subject to the approval of the relevant official authorities and the Extraordinary General Assembly.

The Company submitted a file to CMA to request the Company’s capital increase by offering rights shares on 29/05/2022.
