Nama chemicals Appoints Abdullah Al Salem as Member of BOD

Nama chemicals company (NAMA) announced on Monday that the board of directors approved on 08.05.2022 the appointment of Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al Salem as an (Executive) member of the Board of directors in the vacant seat for the current term of the Board, which ends in 16.02.2025, starting from 08.05.2022.

It added that Eng. Abdullah Mohammed Al Salem has BS in Applied Chemical Engineering from KFUPM in 1997 and EMBA from Thunderbird school of Global Business Management – USA in 2015 he has more than 24 years of experience in chemicals and petrochemicals, as he had filled several operational and executive positions in leading chemical companies. He served and is currently serving in petrochemical companies Board of directors. His focus throughout his career has been on operational excellence and talent development.

It also added that Board Approval may not be deemed final; this appointment shall be put before the first general assembly meeting for approval
