Herfy Foods GA Approves Recommendation of BOD not to Distribute Dividends for 2021

The Board of Directors of Herfy Food Services Company announced on Mnday the results of the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting which was held on Sunday 22/5/2022 by means of modern technology, after completing the required quorum for the validity of the assembly meeting.

The voting results are as follows:

• Approval of the Board of Director’s recommendation not to distribute dividends for the year 2021
• Approval of the delegating the Board of Directors to distribute interim dividends
• on a biannual or quarterly basis for the fiscal year 2022
