ASLAK extends MOU on stake acquisition in A-1 Fence Arabia

Further to the announcement by the United Wire Factories Co. of signing a (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding on February 20, 2022 AD with A-1 Fence DMCC (UAE) for the possible acquisition of a stake in the ownership of A -1 Fence Arabia Company for Industry (a foreign limited company), which is wholly owned by the Company A-1 Fence DMCC (UAE) upon reaching a final agreement between the two parties, and since the announcement states that the term of the memorandum expires after (90) days from the date of signing, subject to extension by agreement of the two parties, the company announces its agreement with A-1 Fence DMCC (UAE) to extend the memorandum according to an annex to the memorandum of understanding for a period of (90) ninety days, subject to extension according to a written agreement between the two parties.
