ALKHABEER REIT Distributes SR17.6 mln Profits to its Unit Owners for 1Q

Alkhabeer Capital (ALKHABEER REIT) announced on Sunday the distribution of SR17.6 million in cash dividends to the Unitholders of Alkhabeer REIT for the period from 01 January 2022 to 31 March 2022 equivalent to 1.497% of the net asset value.

It explained that the number of outstanding units on which cash dividends will be distributed is 141008848. The amount of dividends distributed for each unit is SR0.125. The distributions will be paid within 30 business days of the distribution entitlement date.

The Fund Manager reminded the Unitholders to update their information with the Capital Market Institutions where their accounts are being held, to ensure the direct deposit of their due distributions.
