Al Khaleej BOD Appoints Abdulaziz Al-Rashed as Chairman, Ahmed Al-Shadawi as Vice Chairman

Al Khaleej Training and Education Company announced on Monday the issuance of the Board of Directors’ decision issued on 08.05.2022, appointing His Excellency Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Rashid Abdul Rahman Al-Rashed – Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive member), in succession to His Excellency Mr. Abdul Aziz bin Hammad Nasser Al-Blaihed – May Allah have mercy on his Soul and the appointment of His Excellency Mr. Ahmed bin Ali Ahmed Al-Shadawi – Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors (non-executive member).

The Board of Directors commends the great leadership made by His Excellency Mr. Abdulaziz bin Hammad Nasser Al-Balihad –during his Chairmanship of the Board of Directors of the company. May Allah grant him heaven.

The effective date of the decision of the Board of Directors will start from 08.05.2022 until the end of the current session of the Board, which ends on 11.02.2024.
