Thimar will not be able to Announce Financial Results for 2021 on Specified Time

Thimar Development Holding Company announced on Tuesday that it was unable to publish its annual financial results for the financial period ending on 31 .12.2021, due to the failure to complete the preliminary financial statements for the third quarter ending on 30. 09.2019 and the annual ending on 31.12.2019 and the quarter of the first, second, third and annual 2020 and the first, second and third quarter 2021, and accordingly we were not able to announce before the end of the time specified for publishing the annual results announcement 2021.

The annual results for the year 2021 will be announced as soon as the results of the above-mentioned periods are completed
