Tabuk Agricultural subsidiary submits registration file, offer shares in Parallel Market at CMA

Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (Tabuk Agricultural) announced on Wednesday to its shareholders that on 27.04.2022, Afaq Food Company to submit a registration file and offer shares in the Parallel Market at the Capital Market Authority (CMA).

This comes with reference to Tabuk Agricultural Company’s announcement on 12.07.2021 that one of its subsidiaries (Afaq Food Company Ltd.) has appointed a financial advisor for the offering process in the parallel market.
