SSP BOD recommends Profit Non-distribution for 2021
The Board of Directors of Saudi Steel Pipes Company (SSP) recommended not to distribute dividends for the financial year 2021 due to existence of accumulated losses as of December 31st, 2021. The recommendation will be presented to the next General Assembly for voting.
