SGS announces contract awarding at King Abdulaziz International Airport amounted to SR342.8 mln

Saudi Ground Services Company (SGS) announced on Tuesday the Awarding of Operation and maintenance contract for Passenger Bridges and gates services at King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) in Jeddah and the alliance of the Saudi Ground Services Company with the Saudi Services and Operations Company Ltd. with Jeddah Airport Company (JEDCO). The contract value is SR342,766,256,97 for 5 years (VAT Included).

The company explained that the consortium of Saudi Ground Services Co and Saudi Services and Operations Company Ltd. is awarded a contract to operate and maintain the passenger bridges and apron services in King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) staring 30 days from the awarding date for a period of five years.

It added that the financial impact will start from the second quarter of 2022.

The Saudi Ground Services Company has a (51%) share in the consortium and No related parties
