SAPTCO Announces Appointment of an Executive Board Member

The Saudi Public Transport Company – SAPTCO announces the appointment of Eng. Khalid Bin Abdullah Al-Hogail as a Board of Directors member (Executive- MD).

This appointment will be valid in the vacant seat from April 14, 2022 AD corresponding to Ramadan 13, 1443, to complete the current Board term that will be end on December 31, 2024 AD.

Eng. Khalid Bin Abdullah Al-Hogail has extensive experience in the public transportation. Currently, he is the CEO of the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) from 2006 AD to date. In addition to, he is the president of the International Association of Public Transport, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Transport Union of the League of Arab States, the president of Boards of Directors of multiple transportation companies, and a member of the bodies, companies, and business board. Besides, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from King Saud University.

Board Approval May not be Deemed Final, this Appointment Shall Be Put before the First General Assembly Meeting for Approval.
