Raoom Trading Announces Opening of Nominations for Membership of BOD

Raoom Trading Company announced on Monday the opening of nominations for its upcoming Board of Directors, which will start from 17.06.2022 for a period of three Gregorian years, whoever has the desire and competence must submit an application to the management of the company within the specified period and in accordance with the details contained in this announcement.

Noting that; the Board of Directors for its upcoming session will be elected in the Shareholders General Assembly meeting which will be announced later after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.

Type of Assembly is New Session. The Assembly start date is 17.06.2022. The Assembly end date is 16.06.2025. Number of members is 4. The Application start date is11.04.2022. End date is 11.05.2022.

The candidate must fulfil the conditions for candidacy for membership of the Board of Directors mentioned in the relevant laws and regulations and the general conditions for membership of the Board of Directors of the company. And that he is committed to fulfilling the following:

Fill out and Submit form No (1) CV in both Arabic and English language.

-In the case of the candidate is willing to be designated as an independent member, he must avoid the conflict of interest cases in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Capital Market Authority.

-If the nominee was previously hold a member of the Board of Directors of Raoom Trading Company, his application must be accompanied with a statement from the company for the last session of his membership includes the following information:

-The number of meetings that has been held during each year of session, and the number of meetings attended by the candidate on his behalf and the percentage of his attendance.

-Permanent committees which he was a member therein, and the number of meetings held by each of the committees during each year of the session.

-Summary of the financial results achieved by the company during each year of the session.

-The application must be attached with a clear copy of the national ID for Saudi candidates or residency license for non-Saudi candidates and family ID.
