NADEC receives letter from SALIC regarding completion of deal to purchase 12.46% of company shares

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) announced on Tuesday that it has received a letter from the Saudi Agricultural and Livestock Investment Company (SALIC) “one of the main shareholders who owns more than (5%) of the company’s capital” on 11.04.2022 Regarding the completion of SALIC Company for a special deal to purchase shares in Nadec Company with a total amount of 12,664,309 shares, representing about 12.46% of the company’s total shares of 101,640,000 shares.
