Bank Albilad Announces Electronic Voting Start on General Items Include Capital Increase

Bank Albilad announced on Thursday to its shareholders that the electronic voting on the agenda items of the meeting will start from, Thursday 07.04.2022, until the end of the General Assembly meeting.

We inform all shareholders that there will be a live audio broadcast of the meeting through the link available in Tadawulaty system.

This comes with reference to the bank’s announcement published on Tadawul on Thursday 17.03.2022, which includes inviting the esteemed shareholders to the extraordinary general assembly meeting which includes the Capital Increase (first meeting), scheduled on Monday 11.04.2022 by means of modern technology.
