Arabian Contracting Services Co. invited the company’s shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Meeting (First Meeting) on Tuesday 20:30 , in May 10^th 2022 via modern technology means.

Shareholders Registered in the Company’s Shareholders Registry in the Depository Centre at the End of the Trading Session Preceding the General Assembly’s Meeting as per Laws and Regulations.

Shareholders registered in Tadawulaty Services can vote electronically on the agenda items of the general assembly meeting, electronically, starting from 10:00 am on Friday 06/05/2022 corresponding to05/10/1443 until the end of the general assembly meeting.

Eligibility for Registering the Attendance of the General Assembly’s Meeting Ends upon the Convenience of the General Assembly’s Meeting. Eligibility for Voting on the Business of the Meeting Agenda Ends upon the Counting Committee Concludes Counting the Votes.
