Thob Al-Aseel changes dividend eligibility, distribution dates

Thob Al-Aseel Co. announced that it has changed the cash dividend of eligibility and distribution dates for the second half of the year 2021.

The company added in a statement published on Tadawul that this change coincides with the period of temporary suspension of the cash distribution services.

The entitlement shall be for the shareholders who own the shares at the close of trading on April 12^th 2022, and as per the shareholders’ registry in Securities Depository Center (EDAA) at the end of 2nd trading day following the entitlement date, while the distribution date will be on April 26^th 2022.
