SPC BOD Approves Establishment of Company Working in Spare Parts Manufacturing, Remanufacturing

The Saudi Parts Center Company (SPC) announced on Monday the approval of the Board of Directors (by scroll) on Sunday 20.03.2022 to establish a 100% owned limited liability subsidiary company (one person company) with headquarters in Riyadh and with a capital of (SR100,000), to work in the field of manufacturing and remanufacturing of spare parts, after obtaining the necessary approvals and licenses from the relevant authorities.

This comes in line with the company’s strategic direction to enter the manufacturing field, and any developments in this regard will be announced in due course
