Saudi Dar Alrkan, Oman’s Omran sign SR6bn tourism deal

Saudi real estate developer Dar Alarkan announced a partnership deal signed with the Omani Tourism Development Co. (Omran). The ten-year deal estimated at SR 6 billion.

The project will be executed in three stages over an area of 3.5 million square meters in Muscat, Oman.

According to a statement published on Tadawul, Dar Alarkan said that the deal is expected to impact its financial results starting from 2027.

It added the joint venture comes based on the Saudi company plans to invest more in the tourism sector in line with Vision 2030.
