SAPTCO BOD Recommends Not Distributing Profits for 2021
The Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) announced on Monday that the Board of Directors issuance its recommendation to the General Assembly Shareholders for not distributing cash dividends to shareholders for the year 2021.
The recommendation will be presented in the next Ordinary General Assembly Meeting for voting.
