Jadwa REIT Signs Management Contract for Andalusia Hotel with Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels

Jadwa Investment Company (“Fund Manager”), in its capacity as the manager of the Jadwa REIT Al Haramain Fund (the “Fund”), announced on Monday the signing of a management and operation contract with Emaar Al Diyafa Hotels Company for the purpose of managing and operating Tharawat Andalusia Hotel (the “Hotel”) located in Makkah, the contract also includes the responsibilities of marketing, Maintenance and supervision of the hotel.

This partnership with Emaar Al Diyafa Hotel Company arises from its specialization and track record in providing management, operation, leasing, marketing, maintenance and supervision services for hospitality, residential and commercial assets in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and especially from their experience in the operation and management of hotels in Makkah.

It is expected that the impact will be positive on the fund.
