Fesh Fash: Three Members of Audit Committee resigned

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Company announced on Thursday the resignation of 3 Audit Committee’s members , Mr. Fahad Hamad Mubarak Al-Humaid from his membership in the Audit Committee (Head of the Audit Committee) due to his personal reason , and Mr. El-Shishtawy Said El-Shishtawy Bundaq (Member of the Audit Committee) due to his appointment as a financial manager and Mrs. Abeer Muhammad Ali Al-Khelaiwi (Member of the Audit Committee) due to her personal reason, which they submitted on 06.01.2022, so that this resignation will take effect from 06.01.2022.
