Dur, Taiba boards end merger discussions

Dur Hospitality Company and Taiba Investment Company have agreed to end initial discussions on merger and not to proceed with studying it.

Dur board said that its strategic vision will enable the company to continue providing services in interests of its shareholders, customers and employees besides enhancing its leadership and competitive position.

Taiba stressed on seeking to achieve its vision of keeping on real estate investment and development.
