Aslak Announces MoU Acquisition of Share in Themar Ownership for 45 Days

The United Wire Factories (Aslak) Company announced on Tuesday its agreement with Themar Food and Catering Company in accordance with an appendix to the Memorandum of Understanding for the extension of the (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for a period of (45) renewable days between the two parties.

Further to the announcement of the United Wire Factories Co. on October 21, 2021 about signing a (non-binding) memorandum of understanding with Themar Food and Catering Co. for the possible acquisition of a share in the ownership of Themar Food and Catering Co. for a period of (90) days, renewable by agreement of the two parties, and its announcement on January 18, 2022 regarding Extension of the (non-binding) Memorandum of Understanding for a period of (60) days, subject to renewal with the agreement of the two parties.
