Allied Insurance EGA to elect members of Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Allied Cooperative Insurance Group is pleased to invite the shareholders to participate and vote in the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting (the first meeting)

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 7:30 pm on Monday 28-03-2022.

Each of the shareholders registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Depository Center at the end of the trading session preceding the general assembly meeting has the right to attend the assembly meeting in accordance with the rules and regulations.

The meeting of the Ordinary General Assembly is valid if attended by shareholders representing a quarter of the company’s capital. If the necessary quorum is not available to hold this meeting, the second meeting will be held an hour after the end of the period specified for holding the first meeting represented in it.

General Assembly Meeting Agenda

  • Voting to elect members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the five vacant seats starting from the date of the Ordinary General Assembly meeting on 28/03/2022) until the end of the current session of the Board of Directors on 17/05/2022.

Shareholders registered in the Tadawulaty services can vote remotely on the items of the assembly, starting at ten in the morning on Thursday 21/08/1443 H corresponding to 24/03/2022 G, until the end of the time of the assembly, and registration and voting in the Tadawulati services will be available free of charge to all shareholders.
