Alkhabeer Capital Announces T&Cs Update of Alkhabeer REIT Fund
Alkhabeer Capital announced on Monday an update of the Terms and Conditions of Alkhabeer REIT Fund as of 20 March 2022.
A summary of the main updated items are as follows:
Updating the Terms and Conditions of the Fund based on the requirements of Annex (2) of the Updated Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations which were announced on 1 March 2021.
Effective date of the update to Fund’s Terms and Conditions is 20.03.2022.
