Alarabia board recommends 2021 dividend distribution
Arabian Contracting Services Co. board has recommended distributing of SR 92.5 million cash dividends to Shareholders for the year 2021 amounting to SR 1.86 per share issued for the full year representing 18.6% of the nominal value of the share.
Based on a financial statement published on Tadawul, the board said that there are 50 million of shares eligible for dividends.
