Al Babtain BOD Distributes SR21 mln Profits for 2021

Al Babtain power and Telecommunications Company announced on Wednesday its Board of Directors decision to distribute cash dividend to the shareholders for the financial year 2021 ended on 31 December 2021.

It added that the number of shares eligible for dividends is 42,631,312 shares. The total amount distributed is SR 21, 3. The dividend per share is SR0.5. The percentage of dividend to the share par value (%) is 5 %.

The eligibility for shareholders who own shares is due on the date of the entitlement, which is Sunday 08.05.2022, and are registered in the issuer’s shareholders register at the Securities Depository Centre Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the eligibility date.

The disbursement process will take place through the Arab National Bank so that it will be deposited directly into the shareholders’ accounts linked to the investment portfolios with all local banks.
