Thimar Appoints Walid Al Shuwaier as BOD member replacing Ibrahim Al Shabib

Thimar Development Holding Company announces the appointment of Eng. Walid bin Abdulaziz Al Shuwaier as an independent member of the company’s board of directors starting from February 14, 2022, as a replacement for the resigned member, Mr. Ibrahim Al Shabib, provided that the board’s decision is presented to the company’s first upcoming general assembly.

Engineer Walid bin Abdulaziz Al-Shuwaier is a member of the company’s executive committee. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from King Saud University, specializing in machinery. He has more than 22 years of experience in major agricultural companies, production companies, agricultural projects and agricultural equipment, during which he held multiple leadership positions.
