SIB Appoints BOD Chairman, Vice-chairman

The Saudi Investment Bank announces the appointment of Mr. Abdullah Salih Jum’ah as Chairman of the Board and Mr. Abdulaziz Al Khamis as Vice Chairman of the Board.

This comes in reference to the Extraordinary General Meeting convened on 01/02/2022, where the Board members were elected for a new term of three years commencing 14/02/2022 to 13/2/2025.

Whereas, the elected Board of Directors resolved during its meeting of 1/7/1443 H corresponding 2/2/2022 the selection and nomination of the Board Chairman and Vice chairman for the next session subject to receiving SAMA’s prior no objection.

Whereas, SAMA’s No Objection has been received on 6/2/2022 corresponding to 5/7/1443H, the Saudi Investment Bank announces the following

1. Appointment of Mr. Mr. Abdullah Salih Jum’ah as Chairman of the Board.
2. Appointment of Mr. Mr. Abdulaziz Al Khamis as Vice Chairman of the Board.
