SEDCO Capital updates terms and conditions of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund

Saudi Economic and Development Securities Company (SEDCO Capital) announced on Wednesday an update of the terms and conditions of SEDCO Capital REIT Fund as of 28/07/1443H corresponding to 01/03/2022G. a summary of the main updated items are as follows:

– The terms and conditions have been updated to comply with the requirements of the supplementary annex for real estate investment Fund stipulated in the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations, to include the sequence and other requirements mentioned in the annex.

– Added the details of the additional properties acquired upon the completion of the initial offering and the acquisition of the initial portfolio.
