Saudi Re Assembly Approves Appointment of Auditors for Company

Saudi Reinsurance Company (Saudi Re) announced on Sunday the Results of the ordinary General Assembly Meeting, (Second Meeting) due to non-completion of required quorum at the first meeting.

The Meeting is chaired by the Chairman of the Board Mr. Hesham Abulmalik Al-Alsheik. The percentage of attending shareholders is 17.2%.

Voting Results on the Items of the General Assembly’s Meeting Agenda’s:

Approval on the Audit Committee’s recommendation to appoint Alazem, AlSudairy, Alshaikh & Partners Certified Public Accountant and KPMG professional services to audit the Company’s financial statements for the 2nd , 3rd & annual of the fiscal year of 2022 and the 1st Q of year 2023 and determine their fees.
